I'm happy to announce that over the last week I lost another 3lbs! So in 14 days I am down from my starting weight of 226lbs to 220lbs. I even let myself have a "cheat meal" of three slices of Pizza on Friday and a chocolate bar last night for Halloween.
Something else I changed was my drinking habits (No, not THAT kind of drinking). Before I switched to MImi's Macros meals, I drank sweet tea... Like, a LOT of sweet tea. It wasn't unusual for me to go through a gallon a day. So I was really well hydrated, but I was pumping a LOT of sugar into myself doing that. Literally 128 grams of sugar. That's more than 1/4th of a pound a day!!!!
I think it's a lot easier to keep an eye on what we eat than what we drink. If you're looking for another way to get sugar out of your life, what you're drinking could be a big factor.
