Mimi's Macros is a 2021 Incubator Kitchen Collective & Kroger Grant Winner!

What happened?

The grant competition was announced several months ago. Mimi applied; but we really thought it was a long shot at best. Imagine our surprise when we were told that we were recipients of one of the five grants! We received the good news two weeks ago and on December 5th, Mimi accepted the award at a private gala held in Cincinnati. There was a lot of competition this year and we feel very honored to have been selected. There were four other recipients and we are looking forward to working alongside them.

What's going to change for Mimi's Macros?

Beginning Jan 1st, we will be moving into a full time spot in The Kitchen Collective Incubator in Newport. The Incubator Kitchen Collective is a non-profit organization that provides a hand up and a push forward for food entrepreneurs in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky region.  They offer a comprehensive framework of support that helps food start-ups overcome the unique barriers in the food industry.

This means we will be utilizing a fully equipped commercial kitchen, getting training on all the things we would have had to figure out on our own, being connected to professional resources, and joining a network that it would have taken us years to build.

What's going to change for our customers?

• Beginning Jan 2nd when we return from the Christmas holidays, we will no longer be offering pickup at the Union KY location. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  
  
• All orders will automatically be switched to delivery at a flat rate of $5.
  
  
• Customers who were picking their orders up at South Fork Christian Church in Verona before 11:00 service will still be able to do so.
